4月23日,由陕西省人民政府外事办公室(陕西省人民政府港澳事务办公室)主办的“三秦味·五洲情——村厨遇见外交官美食文化交流活动”在西安举办。
On April 23, Flavors of Shaanxi,Bonds of Five Continents ——Vilage Chefs Meet Diplomatic Envoys in a Culinary Cultural Exchange,hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shaanxi Province (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shaanxi Province),was held in Xi'an.
活动现场,来自“中国厨师之乡”陕西蓝田的非遗传承人段均彦展示精湛的扯面技艺引得中外嘉宾阵阵赞叹;蓝田名厨郑更民的果蔬雕刻表演,让普通食材化作栩栩如生的飞鹤与牡丹,尽显中国民间厨艺的匠心魅力。
At the event, Duan Junyan, an intangible cultural heritage inheritor from Lantian County of Shaanxi – the nationally recognized "Hometown of Chinese Chefs", demonstrated his superb hand-stretched noodle making skills, drawing repeated applause and admiration from Chinese and foreign guests alike. Zheng Gengmin, a renowned master chef from Lantian, gave a fruit and vegetable carving performance, transformingordinary ingredients into lifelike flying cranes and peonies, fully showcasing the exquisite ingenuity and charm of Chinese folk culinary arts.
本次活动中,蓝田本土村厨与外国驻陕领事机构、多边组织常设机构、香港驻陕代表机构的官员及家属组成 7 支参赛队伍,带来了陕西乡土风味、中亚特色美食、港式经典佳肴等多元菜品。
During the event, seven competing teams were formed by local village chefs from Lantian, together with officials and their family members from foreign consular offices in Shaanxi, permanent offices of multilateral organizations, and Hong Kong's representative office in Shaanxi. The teams presented a diverse array of dishes, including authentic local Shaanxi countryside flavors, signature Central Asian cuisines, and classic Hong Kong delicacies.
美食是最具烟火气、最能引发共鸣的交流载体。以食为媒、以味会友,既展现了中国饮食文化的深厚底蕴,也为深化人文交流、拓展务实合作注入新活力。
Food is the most down-to-earth medium of exchange that strikes the deepest chord across cultures.Using food as a bridge and friendship as the goal, this event not only showcased the profound heritage of Chinese culinary culture, but also injected fresh vitality into people-to-people cultural exchange and practical cooperation.
