BannikovDennis is from St. Petersburg, Russia. Three years ago, he came to Yuanjia Village, Liquan County, Shaanxi Province, to work as an Operation Director at Taiheju Hot Spring Resort Hotel. He learned traditional Chinese culture, tasted delicious local snacks. More importantly, Dennis mastered the dynamic development model of Yuanjia Village.

Yuanjia Village has explored a path of common prosperity from "enriching one village" to "boosting a region" through models such as cultural and tourism integration, the joint-stock cooperative system, and shared development. It has attracted returning young people and "new villagers" like Dennis to settle down, forming a development community where villagers are interdependent and interconnected.
袁家村通过文旅融合、股份合作制和共享发展等模式,探索出一条从“一村富”到“一片兴”的共同富裕路径,吸引了返乡青年和丹尼斯这样的“新村民”入驻,村民之间形成“你中有我、我中有你”的发展共同体。
"We cannot exist without Yuanjia Village," Dennis often says. At his hotel, 80% of the employees are from surrounding villages. He is pleased to provide villagers with opportunities to work in a five-star hotel along with systematic training. Many of the hotel's ingredients also come from nearby rural areas.
“我们不能脱离袁家村而存在。”丹尼斯经常这样说。在丹尼斯的酒店,80%的员工来自周边乡村,他很高兴能为村民们提供一个在五星级酒店工作的机会和系统的培训,酒店的很多食材也来自周边乡村。
"By providing opportunities for everyone to do business and make money together, Yuanjia Village has achieved common prosperity, which is also the key to the success of China's rural areas," Dennis said. "I often tell my employees that there is no 'I', only 'we' here."
