To relieve patients from the pain caused by open surgery, Ecuadorian spine surgeon Renato traveled to many countries and finally found the solution in China. In 2024, Xi'an Honghui Hospital in China held a "Belt and Road Initiative" international training course, where Renato and over ten doctors from around the world exchanged and learned from each other.And in September this year, to further improve his skills, Renato once again came to Honghui Hospital for a three-month specialized training in minimally invasive spinal surgery.
为了摆脱开放式手术给患者带来的痛苦，厄瓜多尔脊柱外科医生雷纳托辗转多国，最终在中国找到了答案。2024年，中国西安红会医院举办了“一带一路”国际培训班，雷纳托与十余位来自世界各地的医生在此交流学习。而今年9月，为了进一步提高技术，雷纳托又一次来到红会医院，开始为期3个月的脊柱微创技术专项进修。（群众新闻记者 王熙）
