7月24日，陕西铁路工程职业技术学院（以下简称“陕铁院”）举行了一场特殊的结业仪式：首期尼日利亚阿布贾城铁运营项目培训班18名学员在渭南完成为期90天的系统培训，顺利结业，与此同时，第二期学员也开启新一轮学习。
On July 24, Shaanxi Railway Institute (SXRI) held a special graduation ceremony. The first batch of 18 trainees from the "Training Program for Operation and Maintenance of Abuja Rail Mass Transit, Nigeria" completed a 90-day systematic training in Weinan and successfully graduated. At the same time, the second batch of trainees started a new round of learning.
此次培训由中国土木工程集团有限公司尼日利亚公司委托，陕西铁路工程职业技术学院承办，是“一带一路”倡议在非洲落地的关键民生工程之一——阿布贾城市轨道交通项目的重要配套项目。
This training was commissioned by China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation Ltd.(Nigeria) and organized by SXRI. It serves as a crucial supporting peoject for the Abuja Urban Rail Transit Project, one of the key livelihood projects under the "Belt and Road" Initiative in Africa.
“为确保培训质量，学院从轨道交通、城市铁路等四个学院抽调骨干教师，安排了涵盖车辆检修、调度指挥、安全管理、客运服务等模块的课程，同时组织学员参与实践操作与文化交流，真正做到‘学用结合、中外融合’。”陕铁院院长韩小卫说。
"To ensure the quality of the training, the institute selected top instructors from four departments, including Rail Transit Department and Urban RailwayDepartment, and designed a curriculum covering vehicle maintenance, dispatching and command, safety management, and passenger services. Additionally, trainees participated in hands-on practice and cultural exchange activities, truly embodying the principle of 'integrating learning with application and blending Chinese and foreign cultures'." said Han Xiaowei, President of SXRI.
近年来，中国铁路迅速发展，受到越来越多国家的认可，陕铁院的职教“出海”培训项目也日益增多。
In recent years, China's rapid railway development has gained increasing recognition worldwide, and SXRI's vocational education "going global" training programs have also expanded significantly.
自2016年以来，该校已先后为共建“一带一路”国家培养了2000多名铁路人才。此次项目是陕铁院“职教出海”的又一次生动实践，再次彰显了中国与非洲在共建“一带一路”框架下的教育合作成效。
Since 2016, the institute has trained over 2,000 railway professionals for countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative. This project marks another successful example of SXRI's "vocational education going global"further highlighting the achievements of educational cooperation between China and Africa under the Belt and Road framework.
