扎染作为我国一种古老的传统工艺美术，有着悠久的历史。扎染的图案是由扎结而来，也就是在纺织物上有设计、有计划地加以针缝线扎后，再经浸染而形成一定的花纹图案。作为非物质文化遗产，扎染在我国四川、陕西、云南等地颇为盛行，在陕西境内的西安、商洛、安康等地广为流传。
Tie-dye, a timeless traditional art and craft of China, carries a profound historical legacy. The patterns in tie-dye are formed through a method of tying and binding. This involves sewing and knotting specific sections of the textile according to a pre-designed pattern, followed by boiling and dyeing. As an intangible cultural heritage, tie-dye is particularly popular in regions such as Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Yunnan. Within Shaanxi province, it is widely practiced and cherished in cities like Xi’an, Shangluo, and Ankang.
